Party FAQs
What Can We Expect on Party Day?
We'll have everything ready when you arrive, and we ask that you come no more than 30 minutes early so we can put the finishing touches in place. Parties are scheduled in two-hour blocks, with a short grace period at the end for those last hugs, photos, and "one more dive into the ball pit" moments. Because we host multiple celebrations throughout the day, additional time beyond your reserved party window may be subject to additional fees.
Can I Bring My Own Decorations and Cake?
Absolutely! Bring your cake, a few decorations, and your favorite people. We keep things simple and flexible so the focus stays on celebrating.
Do Adults Need to Stay and Supervise?
Yes. This is a play-based party experience, which means lots of movement, energy, and fun. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the party so everyone stays safe and has a great time.
Do Party Guests Need a Waiver?
Yes. All children attending the party must have a completed waiver on file before participating in play. To make check-in quick and easy, we recommend completing waivers before the party. You'll find the waiver link above.
Im a Member, Do I Get a Discount on My Party?
Yes! As a member, you'll receive 15% off your birthday party booking. Simply reserve your date with the required deposit, and we'll apply your membership discount to the remaining balance on the day of the celebration.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Parties are first come, first served and tend to book quickly. Reserve your date on our Book Online page.
