After School Care Enrollment
We're excited to welcome your family to Frolic & Lark! Follow the steps below to complete your child's enrollment before the school year begins.
Before You Begin
If you haven't already, please create an account on our website. Your account keeps all of your child's enrollment forms, tuition information, and important records together in one convenient place. Use the person icon at the top of the page.
Your Enrollment Checklist
Step 1: Complete Your Enrollment Forms
Below you'll find all of the enrollment forms that may apply to your child. Most families will not need to complete every form, but we recommend opening and reviewing them to make sure you have everything you need on file.
As you work through the enrollment packet, you'll see prompts under certain questions letting you know if an additional form is needed based on your child's individual needs.
Every family is asked to complete the Allergy & Dietary Information Form. If your child has no known allergies or dietary restrictions, you'll simply indicate "No" and sign the form. If your child does have allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions, you'll complete the additional information provided.

Step 2: Upload Required Documents
Please upload the following before your child's first day:
• Current immunization record or approved Oregon exemption documentation
• Physician-completed Allergy Action Plan (required for children with severe allergies or an EpiPen)
• Court orders or custody documentation that affect pick-up, visitation, or legal guardianship

Step 3: Confirm Your Schedule & Complete Payment
Once your enrollment forms and required documents have been submitted, we’ll review your child’s requested schedule and confirm that space is available.
Once your child’s schedule is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to purchase the appropriate After-School Care tuition plan. Your first full month of tuition and the one-time $50 registration fee are due when you purchase your plan. Ongoing tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
If your child begins care before the start of their first full month, you’ll also receive a separate payment link for the prorated days of care.
Once all required enrollment materials and payment have been received, you’ll receive a final email confirming your child’s enrollment.

Before your child’s first day, please be sure to complete our required waiver. One completed waiver will remain on file for future visits.
FAQs
When is tuition due?
Your first full month of tuition is paid when you purchase your After-School Care plan. After that, tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month. If your child begins care partway through a month, any prorated tuition will be collected separately.
How will my child get to Frolic & Lark?
Children are transported from Warrenton Grade School by school bus to Frolic & Lark. Parents or caregivers are also welcome to drop off.
Can my child attend on early release days?
Yes! We plan our program around the Warrenton School District calendar, including scheduled early release days.
Who can pick up my child?
Parents and any individuals listed on your Authorized Pick-Up Form with valid identification.
